The company provides all kinds of services related to the design and technical advice. Wide knowledge and extensive experience of employees allows for precise preparation of technical documentation in accordance with the provisions of the design and the requirements of customers.
Presure equipment
We provide documentation on the full range of pressure equipment, such as: tanks, heat exchangers (including boilers), rectification columns, process reactors, air coolers and others. Projects can be made according to the following regulations:

Prepared documentation can meet also restricted in relation to the rules, requirements of customers for example Shell DEP (Design and Engineering Practice), AXENS Material Specifications, ExxonMobile GP (Global Practice) and others.
While preparing documentation we use the CAD 2D and 3D. We also have a suitable, acknowledged engineering software for the calculation of pressure equipment:
- Intergraph PVElite®,
- OhmTech Visual Vessel Design,
- Bentley AutoPipe Vessel (former MicroProtol),
- Codeware Compress
- and its own tested counting mats.
We also have a possibility to carry out special fatigue analysis. We also have a possibility to make special fatigue analysis (for example: according to ASME VIII Div.2 Part 5 & Annex 3-F, AD-2000 Merkblatt S2, EN 13445 Section 18) or analysis of the temperature distribution (eg. to define the size of the so-called "hot boxes"). With these analysis, we use the finite element analysis (FEA). For the calculations, we use programs FE / Pipe® or IronCAD TM.
We also make documentation of transmission, technological and assistive pipelines according to EN 13480 or ASME B31.3.
Close cooperation with the engineers technologists allows us to perform final assembly of technological and thermo-hydraulic calculations.
In addition, we have extensive experience in dealing with different Notified Units and Authorized Inspectors ASME and we are able to help you with approving technical documentation by these Units.
Storage Tanks
We also design non-pressure and low-pressure storage tanks (including corrosive, flammable and poisonous liquids). We prepare documentation based on EN 14015 or API Standard 650, API 620 Standard. While preparing the calculations we support programs: Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional and Intergraph TANK ™.
Our another advantage is providing documentation in the following languages: Polish, English and Russian (no influence on the price). Other languages also, but by prior arrangement.
We also provide technical assistance in creating the annexes to the inquiries, ie: Finishing panels initial thickness of the basic elements, sketches or flanged connections the whole apparatus.
